Good news! All of the prayers and good wishes are working. When Dr. Lupo took off the bandage today, he was happily surprised to find that the stitches are holding and the skin is scabbing over as it should. She had another laser treatment and is sporting a new bandage. This one is like the last one – it encompasses her foot and ankle to restrict her movement. I am so relieved.

She goes back on Friday for a check up and to see how much more she is healed.

Thank you all – you have no idea how frightened I was on Saturday when they had to stitch up her tiny ankle. Keep visualizing a nicely healed ankle and hopefully she will be up to having a quiet birthday treat with her brother on Thursday! xxoo
