Rosie’s skin is very fine and very easily scraped. When I dress her, I hear a lot of negative comments about dogs in clothes. January 20, 2013 –  The sun was out but the breeze was cool so Rosie put on her sweater and we headed out! FYI: the reason we are not in the grass is that there are ticks! It’s much safer to be in the dirt on a blanket…Rosie doesn’t need those little buggers!
