April 17, 2013 Rosie Update (pics)

Rosie and her human family have had a whirlwind time of it lately. Rosie’s human grandmother slipped and broke her hip. She came through the surgery and is home and doing physical therapy. And because the weather has been too chilly for Rosie, she has spent a lot of time indoors.

Yesterday we went to Dr. Lupo for a bandage change. The news is absolutely terrific – her ankle is almost healed and we might be able to take off the bandages in ten days or so! After seeing Dr. Lupo, Rosie and I popped over to Sephora in Malibu to restock our sunblock supply. The staff treated her like a princess – really kind folks. Today, the sun was out but the wind was chilly so we strolled around the ranch and visited the horses. Rosie sends everyone her love!
